Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days from purchase. Returns must be delivered back to us within 14 days of the date of notification of return.
Please ensure that all labels and original packaging is intact for a return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
It is advisable to obtain a proof of postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, we endeavour to do this within 5 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If there is a manufacturing fault or we have made an error, we will refund your shipping costs.
